Grayhawk Beach Mission Statement

To provide an organization surrounded with coaches and mentors that truly enjoy sharing love of the beach volleyball. Parents and players of all-ages will find our beach training environment fun, safe, and competitive. The average age of the Grayhawk Beach has steadily increased with each year and now well positioned to prepare our highest level 14u and older players with the tools, instruction, coaching to play college level beach volleyball. We adjust techniques to keep the players challenged and adapt to players needs to make sure parents and players have the best possible experience with our club.

Goals

Common

All kids have fun at practices and competitions, love playing and practicing the game, love coming to practice and connect with the coaching staff, feel challenged. Provide a safe environment for kids to get exercise and be a productive part of their day.

Competitive

Provide advanced levels of training, resources, and direction for driven college-bound athletes. Provide opportunities for showcasing athletes to college coaches and recruiters to be given the best opportunity to be awarded a beach scholarship.

Coaches collaborate frequently to make sure drills and teaching points are consistent and the message is clear. Tweaks in coaching techniques that yield better results are communicated to the coaching staff.
